Huntington Courts in Duarte, California, is located on historic Route 66.  Situated on 4.4 acres, the site previously housed travelers at the Capri Motel, which was demolished to make space for 51 new homes.  The community promotes interaction by incorporating walkways and greenbelts amongst the homes.  There are five different floor plans plus duplex and fourplex buildings.  PBA provided full service structural engineering and construction administration services, including structural observations throughout construction.
