PBA and it's principals have extensive experience in the structural design of two to four story multi-family and mixed use buildings.  Our experience includes the design of continuous tie-rod hold down systems, in which we are experts.  Sharad is the co-author of a design guideline for wood panel shear walls in multi-story structures published in Structures magazine (March, 2003) and presented at the 2002 Structural Engineers Association Convention.
