PBA focuses on the up-front coordination effort required to ensure a viable structural design.  Our services include preliminary structural design, value engineering meetings, full construction documents, and structural observations.  PBA works closely with Architects and Owners early in the design phase to ensure that details such as plumbing locations, practicality of ducting, and other issues which can affect construction schedule are addressed before production begins.
