PBA focuses on the up-front coordination effort required to ensure an efficient structural design.  Our services include preliminary structural design, assistance in locating utility conflicts, value engineering meetings, full construction documents, and structural observations.  PBA works closely with Architects and Owners early in the design phase to ensure that details such as plumbing locations, practicality of ducting, and other issues which can affect construction schedule are addressed before production begins.
